Dear All,

On behalf of the Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF),  it is our pleasure to invite you and  join us in the celebration of  our first major event themed as the “Pinoy Fiesta and Trade Show sa Toronto” to be held on Saturday, June 25, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.  The venue is at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre North Tower, Hall C, 255 Front Street W., Toronto, Ontario Attached is a Poster of the Trade Show and a brief organizational overview of  the PCCF.

We request that you confirm your attendance no later thanJune 17, 2011for your names to be registered. Please sign in at the VIP/Media Counter located on the same floor of the Fiesta entrance and ask for Lita Leano or Gloria Rafanan.

Thank you for your invitation to the media on behalf of the Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF).

Per your request below, I am confirming as a working media ONE HALF OF MYSELF that I am attending your first major event. I can only commit one half of myself on this, because the other half of myself will be there as a Member of the Board of Directors and an Officer of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce-Toronto, a partner organization of the PCCF in the staging of the same event. 

Should I have additional role in going to the event you describe here, I will let you know, hence this confirmation for 1/2 of myself may change to 1/3, or even 1/4 of myself.
